in a mixing bowl combine ginger-garlic paste,salt,lemon juice & black pepper pwdr. add the chicken wings & let it marinate for 2 hrs minimum
take flour in a bowl & add pinch salt. beat eggs in a bowl. place bread crumbs in a flat dish
dip the chicken wings in flour .. then dip in eggs & then coat in breadcrumbs. deep fry the coated chicken wings in hot oil until golden brown . place on a absorbent paper
now heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a kadhai. add both the sauces & fried chicken wings. toss up well to coat evenly.
